Corporate Profile LTD (CPL) was incorporated on 27ᵗʰ September 2006 and authorized to provide company secretarial services. It is a subsidiary of Ntrakwah & Co., a corporate and commercial law firm of repute.
CPL started as a unit of Ntrakwah & Co. However, with the growth of the practice it became necessary to incorporate CPL as a separate company owned by Ntrakwah & Co. CPL draws its strength from the knowledge and experience of the lawyers of Ntrakwah & Co. who have not only specialized in corporate law practice but have acquired considerable expertise in corporate governance and company secretarial practice.

We have vast experience in convening board and shareholders meetings and helping conduct these meetings, taking and drafting company minutes and ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2019, Act 992 and other relevant laws. CPL and its officers have benefited immensely from the training and experience of the founder of Ntrakwah & Co., the late Felix Ntrakwah, a renowned corporate lawyer of international repute, a former Assistant Registrar of Companies, and a resource person on drafting company minutes, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.

Founder

A renowned corporate lawyer of international repute, a former Assistant Registrar of Companies, and a resource person on drafting company minutes, corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility. He was a member of the Committee of Experts on Business Law Reform, whose first product is the Companies Bill, now Companies Act 2019, Act 992. He was a member of the committee who assisted the Parliamentary Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs in their deliberations on the Insolvency Bill proposed by GARIA.
